A note on photography and video
Photography and videography are not included in migration, monthly care, blog or content-post pricing. If you need original photography, interviews, filming, editing, motion graphics or reels, Buddy can provide a separate premium-service quote.
05, Plain English
What the words
actually mean.
Blog post
A website article of up to 1,000 words. May be AI-assisted, but reviewed, edited and quality-checked by Buddy before publishing. Includes one round of minor revisions. Specific imagery must be supplied by you, high-resolution and rights-cleared.
Static image content post
One non-animated image designed in Canva and/or with AI-assisted tools, supplied as a ready-to-use JPG or PNG. Excludes carousels, caption strategy, scheduling, publishing, paid advertising, photography, animation or video.
Website content update
A minor change to an existing page — approved text, a supplied image swap, contact details or small formatting. Not a new page design, custom functionality or major rewrite.
Website copywriting
Writing or refining website text for an agreed page or section. On SEO Plus this draws from the monthly support allowance unless separately scoped.
Landing page optimisation
Improving an existing landing page's structure, messaging, metadata, headings, internal links or calls to action. Redesigns or campaign strategy may need a separate quote.
Technical SEO maintenance
Routine checks and improvements for indexing, sitemaps, metadata, headings, broken links and other on-site factors. Does not guarantee a ranking or traffic result.
Support allowance
The monthly time available for minor updates across both websites combined. Tracked in practical increments; unused time does not roll over.
Priority support
Requests placed ahead of standard requests during Buddy's normal business hours. Not 24/7 emergency support.
Scope boundaries and responsibilities

- Custom development, integrations, complex forms, membership systems or new functionality
- Malware recovery, emergency restoration or major repairs of pre-existing issues
- Domain registration, email hosting, premium plugin licences, paid software or subscriptions
- Paid advertising, social media management, community management or media spend
- Photography, videography, animation, reels, audio or on-location creative services
- Legal, privacy, accessibility, medical, regulatory or compliance advice
You will provide
- Timely access to WordPress, hosting, domains, analytics and third-party accounts
- Approved brand assets, clinical information, service details and imagery
- Confirmation that supplied content and imagery can legally be used and published
- A nominated approver and timely feedback so work fits the agreed cycle
- Final review of clinical claims, health information and regulatory requirements
Clinical content approval
Buddy will write and edit for clarity, audience relevance and SEO. You remain responsible for the factual, clinical, legal and regulatory accuracy of all published health-related content.
